Complications start to appear and one of the biggest factors and biggest cause to being overweight the possibility of the heart attack/s you can have from all the processed food that you have been inputting into your body and doing no type of exercise of any kind to help keep it off. The scary thing about this heart attacks is you don't know whether you will survive or not, so instead of waiting for that to happen, or diabetes to show, your cholesterol to be off the roof and your sugar levels too high or too low, consider starting a work out routing of at least 30 minutes a day and by adding more vegetables to your lunch and dinner. Your body will thank you for it 30 days later, love you 90 days later and act and function with happiness a year later and by then you can help others break that same bad habit of denying the only place we really have to live in so we can be able to enjoy life to the fullest with our loved ones and friends by doing more active things.
If you have children don't you want to be able to enjoy the most with them on the weekends by going to the park, riding the bike or playing some type of sport? Don't you want to show them to be healthy so they can enjoy life to the fullest as well without being bullied in school, thinking that is OK to go for an unhealthy snack instead of an apple, banana or broccoli? I have a daughter myself and even though I had weight issues of my own after I gave birth to her and my way of comfort was food no way did I let that be indulged and rob off on her and because of that today she loves her vegetables and fruits and so do I. Whatever you do, do not deny your body from the good things that you can make happen for yourself and there are plenty of ways you can add a 30 minute workout throughout the day, but I think one of the best times to start off any exercise routine is in the mornings because it is so beneficial to your body in so many levels. One of the best things that it does, if you exercise bright and early in the morning is bring happiness and good energy throughout the day and you will feel less tired and more focus.
In order for any change to take part you must commit to wanting to change your health for good. This is not something that will happen overnight and that you will get the hang of it just like that. It really depends on you, your consistency and how badly do you want to get your health back, if not it will be so easy for you to get side track and get back to your old eating habits again. One of the best things that helps me through pretty much anything in my life is when I feel like I am getting side tracked, is asked myself this that I learned from Tony Robbins - I ask myself what the pain would be if I do it or I don't and what the pleasure would be if I do or if I don't and its incredible how good this works that after a while it just comes natural and you feel bad for not exercising and for not eating correctly. Take the time right now to sit down and write down what is your ideal weight that you want to accomplish taking off your body in the next 90 days and make sure it's a number you will stick to and that you can even go over. Also write down small actions that you will take, like the exercise you will do, the healthy foods that you will start adding to your meals and the bad foods that you will be removing from the menu as well. Make sure you sign and date it and put it somewhere where you can read it over and over and if you are in 2 places in the morning and afternoons, place them there are well because the more you read it the more you will start to act up on it.
Have an Incredible, Safe, Healthy and Blessed Day and God Bless You and Your Love Ones Always!!
