Lose Weight Without Dieting |
Is it possible to lose weight without dieting? And my answer would be, without shouting, Yes! I personally know how dieting can be difficult to follow because I, myself, went through this experience before, and although it worked, it was not fun.
Even though dieting, or to be more specific, by eating less than what your body can burn so you can make energy positive (weight gain) to energy negative (weight loss); that is the bottom line for any woman to lose weight.
However, many women who follow a particular diet do follow an extreme diet and/or low quality foods diet that make their mission almost impossible. And, rarely do you see someone last long enough to see satisfying results.
Women who are pursuing a weight loss plan don't have to be tormented like that, and they should be taught that it can be done with less deprivation, and they can be much healthier than they think..
I will provide you here with some principles that will make you lose weight without dieting, or should I say, without the feeling or the deprivation of those diets out there.
- Go below your maintenance caloric intake 5% to 7% only, and it might take you a fairly longer time, but it will give you more success with your results.
- Stick with your maintenance caloric intake and, in addition, perform physical activities.
- Choose your macronutrient wisely by lowering your carbohydrates intake if you gain weight easily from consuming starchy foods.
- Eat nutrient dense foods and not junk or low quality foods.
- Eat vegetables more and with each meal. Make it the bulk of your carbohydrates for some time in the beginning, and notice how your body is changing in terms of weight loss.
- Perform progression workouts. An example of a progression workout is increasing your physical training with a 5 or 7 minutes increment every 5 or 7 days, and then stop at a level where you think you have reached your limit.
The above guidelines are some of the very effective strategies to use so you can lose weight without dieting; then at least, the process won't be as difficult.
